International Journal of Recent Trends in Computer Science and Applications (IJRTCSA) supports open access policy for all the published papers which are immediately freely available online. The IJRTCSA adopts a blind review process, where all critics and writers remain open to each other during the release. All published papers are subject to a provisional review by the editor to decide whether they meet the critical requirements of the publication. All manuscripts shall be delegated to the reviewers for examination.
The editor must ensure that the review process is transparent and impartial. Research article must be reviewed by one reviewer based on the respective area. Editor-in-chief is responsible for publication of the reviewed articles. In case, any suitable arguments from author will be consider for review process and further decision for publication based on the review comment.
Manuscripts may not be considered due to one of the following reasons:
• Manuscript contains duplicate material that has been written or accepted for printing.
• Bad content and insufficient interpretation of the manuscript
• Beyond the scope
International Journal of Recent Trends in Computer Science and Applications (IJRTCSA) is a blinded peer review journal, publishes high quality papers in all the aspects of Science, Engineering and Technology discipline. It is important to maintain standards that can be accomplished by the ethical actions of the author, the editor of the publication, the peer reviewer and the publisher.
The editor is primarily responsible for making action on the papers submitted. In the occasion of a research article adhering to any issues such as copyright infringement, plagiarism, data manufacturing and dispute, the Chief Editor and members of the Editorial Board may resolve the dispute. The publisher shall select well-qualified , professional reviewers for the review of research articles. The editorial policy of the journal must be straightforward, providing an effective understanding for both reviewers and authors. The Publisher will maintain the confidentiality of the published materials and also the sharing of information between reviewers. The Article adheres to a blind peer review framework, and the names of the reviewers will be kept confidential.
Reviewers should remain anonymous with the review documents and do not share or copy the material and notify the author without the permission of the Publisher. Materials reported in the publication of papers can not be used by reviewers for their own research work.
The author will ensure that the research paper is original and is not submitted or accepted or published elsewhere. Research work should not hold any plagiarized content, paraphrasing, quoting, data fabrication, duplication in whole or part from others work. The Author must acknowledge the support organization and the conflict of interest and must then be reported. Corresponding author must appropriately identify the responsibilities of all the co-authors.
